Beauty is a characteristic of an animal, idea, object, person or place that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure or satisfaction. Beauty is studied as part of aesthetics, culture, social psychology, philosophy and sociology.

Here are few beauty tips which, once you have made them part of our life that can make you more glorious.

01. Smoking no, Sunscreen Yes: Imagine two people starting out with the same exact DNA. One smoked and sunbathed, the other avoided both. Would that make a difference in the appearance of their skin?

I think it is yes, those who smoked and spent lots of time outdoor without wearing sunscreen look years older than the brothers or sisters who shunned cigarettes and tanning. They had more fine tines, deeps and more mottled.

So he/she have to maintain some rules. That are- Wear board spectrum sunscreen that that protests against both UVA and UVB rays, Reapply your sunscreen every two/three hours, Don’t smoke for the sake of your health.

02. Keep Skincare Simple: Using a lot of different ingredients can be irritating and some ingredients cancel out other’s benefits. For example, the acid in salicylic or glycolic acid breaks down ingredients like retinol, hydroquinone or vitamin C. So, the products needed for beautiful skincare simple cleanses sunscreen, moisturizer and a retinoid.

03. Give products time to work: Changing your products every couple of weeks can also be counterproductive. Finish the entire tube of a skin case potion before you decide how well it works.

04. A Balanced life leads to your best skin: Especially I don’t have any beauty secret. But I maintain some healthy daily habits: I start my day with a mango, apple, and some dry foods any buys organic fruits or vegetable from my local fruit market. I also practice a vigorous form of exercise daily. I also get seven or more hours of sleep a night. And beside that drink lots of water.

The key to gorgeous skin turns out to be a mix of science, common sense, overall good health habits and a simple stick-to-it skin case regimen.
